Greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide (CO2), contribute to this climate crisis. We must reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Nature uses CO2 as a building block. Hard coral types turn it into limestone.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Factories have been built that mimic these coral\u2019s formula. They extract CO2 from the air and turn it into limestone, which can be used for concrete in roads and buildings. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text]<blockquote class=\"mkd-blockquote-shortcode\" style=\"width: 100%\">\n\t<div class=\"mkd-quote-icon\">\n\t\t<span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"mkd-icon-font-elegant icon_quotations \" ><\/span>\t<\/div>\n\t<h4 class=\"mkd-blockquote-text\">\n\t\t<span>\n\t\t\tNormally concrete is responsible for 8% of the global yearly CO2 emitted \t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>[vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This solution is a two-way street. First the level of CO2 in the atmosphere is reduced.
