Sustainability Quick Scan
Provides insights on what an organization can do to become future proof. A sustainability action plan
FLOW
Sustainable organizations are the future. But what is ‘sustainable’ and what (else) can you do as an organization?
The Sustainability Quick Scan, called FLOW, is a (series of) 90 minutes interview(s). It reviews the current business model, footprint, resiliency of the organization and possible value from byproducts.
The result of the scan discloses what an organisation can do to cut costs or create value, through sustainability.

From a strategy on sustainability to a sustainable strategy
Modern mankind is actually pretty young. Many other species have been around for millions, or even billions of years. These species are our models of sustainability
Because the value created by nature is gigantic, without exhausting the surroundings or inhabitants. There’s construction, gaining energy, food production, coloring, sharing, adaptation, etc. All kinds of functions that appear in our economy as well. That’s why we can state that the way natural systems function is a blueprint for a green economy.
Nature’s Right translated this blueprint into a Sustainability Quick Scan: FLOW. It reviews the current business model, footprint, resiliency of the organization and possible value from byproducts.
The result of the scan discloses what an organization can do to cut costs or create value, through sustainability. This consultation includes a selection of specific solutions to take it forward. For example a program to increase social value, or to map byproducts in your business and to transform this ‘from waste to value’. In conclusion: it creates a framework for action on how to make an organization fit to be durable.
The input for FLOW is collected through a series of 90 minutes interviews (1). The result can be presented a week after the last interview is conducted (2). In this meeting valuable insights are shared and action points suggested. These next steps vary from long- and short term results. For example If desired, Nature’s Right can deliver a proposal for one or several of the suggested action points (3).
Which solutions are to be selected depends on what the scan discloses. You can ask Nature’s Right (+network) to help execute the consulted action points. Or you can decide to take it from there and even to involve other partners.
